Guidelines for Preparation
Before participating, engage with our preparatory resources for a fruitful experience.
Mindset
We honor the Shipibo tradition, integrating sacred music, a meditative approach, and structured practices that support healing. Each ceremony is held with care and intention, allowing space for presence and integration.
Health
Your well-being comes first. Prior to participation, we ask that all guests review health considerations and share relevant medical or mental health information. This allows us to support each person safely and responsibly. Cleansing the diet prior to ceremony will improve your experience.
Respect
This work asks for mutual respect. Respect for yourself, for others in the group, and for the process itself. Entering with humility and care helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Community
Preparation is not done alone. The group is a symbiotic relationship. You will benefit from the group, and they will benefit from you. Clear communication, honesty, and accountability help create a shared space where deeper work can unfold naturally.
Healing Journey
"dieta" a traditional Shipibo practice
A dieta is a period of intentional isolation, simplicity, and relationship-building with a specific plant teacher. These experiences are not about consumption alone, but about listening, discipline, and integration.
Ayahuasca Ceremonies
Personal Growth
Experience structured ceremonies that allow for soulful connections in a contained, intentional retreat environment.
integration-focused care
Small groups and practiced inner work guidance
Lakeborn retreats provide complimentary experiences such as Yoga, massage, sound bath, daily grounding, integration practices and ongoing support before and after the retreat.

how to book

Interested guests begin by reaching out through the inquiry form or email. This allows us to understand your intentions, answer questions, and determine whether the retreat is a good fit for you at this time.
step 2: connect
If it feels aligned, we schedule a brief call to discuss preparation, expectations, and any health or logistical considerations. This step helps ensure clarity and mutual readiness.
Step 3: reserve your spot
